Meetings begin at 6:00 pm with a light supper provided. 6:30 pm program begins and ends at 8:00 pm. This event is free to attend, a free-will offering will be accepted for supper. Please register in advance.

What is the Wellness Wheel? Come learn about a tool you can use to bring well-being to your life – physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, intellectual, and social. Karen and Marge will explain how you can choose wellness strategies that best fit your pathway to better health. Bring your phone, iPad, or computer for an interactive experience.

FACILITATED BY:

Karen Mathias Saboe, MSN, APRN, is an advanced practice nurse and has worked in pediatrics for over 35 years, both at Children’s Minnesota and most recently at Gillette Children’s.  Karen is an ambassador for Mental Health Connect at All Saints Lutheran Church in Minnetonka. As a member of All Saint’s Spiritual Formation Team, she collaborated on the development of the Wellness Wheel.

Marjorie Schaffer, PhD, RN, is a retired nursing professor from Bethel University, where she taught public health nursing and nursing research for 31 years. Currently, she is an ambassador for Mental Health Connect at All Saints Lutheran Church in Minnetonka. As a member of All Saint’s Spiritual Formation Team, she collaborated on the development of the Wellness Wheel.
