Lefse lovers unite! Join us at the Minnetonka campus to roll and cook dozens and dozens of rounds of this beloved Scandinavian treat. The lefse will be used to support our local food shelf - ICA. Around Thanksgiving, a gift of lefse will be given to those who purchase a $20 “Thanksgiving for a Family” ICA coupon. Oh - you’ll get to take some home too! Come enjoy a morning with old and new friends for a good cause. No experience necessary.
