We are pleased to announce that Ben Nelson has been called to serve as Pastor at Zion Lutheran Church in Woodville, Wisc.
Ben joined the Bethlehem staff a year ago as Children, Youth and Family Programming & Communication Specialist, focusing on children in Minnetonka on Sundays and youth in Minneapolis on Wednesdays. His time with us coincided with his final year at Luther Seminary, where he graduated this June. (Ben’s official seminary internship was at Peace Lutheran Church in Dresser, Wisc., in 2020/2021—back when churches were learning how to connect virtually—so, a full year of in-person ministry was a blessing for Ben and us both!)
Please join us for a Service of Holy Communion celebrating Ben’s Ordination into the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on Saturday, August 20, 10:30 am, Minneapolis campus. The service will be livestreamed.
