The Kingfield Neighborhood Association and Spirit Garage will host a neighborhood cleanup day on Holy Saturday, April 19 beginning at 9:30 am and concluding with a BBQ beginning at 12:15 pm.

This program aims to explore basic interventions at the family and friend level to help someone stay safe, receive care, and continue support once receiving help.

It provides current research and information on how mental and physical health intersect, with a focus on how nutrition and physical activity can be used to effectively address symptoms and conditions.
