Born and raised in Bethlehem, the Rev. Dr. Mitri Raheb has been the pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Christmas Church in Bethlehem since 1988. An internationally acclaimed author and speaker, Raheb is also the president of DIYAR, a consortium of three Lutheran institutions that he founded, including the International Center of Bethlehem Dar al-Kalima Health and Wellness Center, and Dar al-Kalima College.
