After hosting Families Moving Forward for over 30 years, we have accumulated a lot of items used to host the families. The program is no longer being offered by Beacon, and it’s time for us to part with all the goodies. Please help us with this clean out after worship on March 3. Lunch is provided, so please let Pastor Meta know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

After hosting Families Moving Forward for over 30 years, we have accumulated a lot of items used to host the families. The program is no longer being offered by Beacon, and it’s time for us to part with all the goodies. Please help us with this clean out after worship on March 3.

Meet upstairs in the Chapel. Lunch is provided, so please let Pastor Meta know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

We are also collecting gift cards and cleaning supplies for residents at Beacon’s Bimosedaa (see list below). You are welcome to bring those on March 3rd or contact Sue Hlavac for details about drop off/pick up. Here are the requested items:

$50 Gift Cards to Cub, Aldi, WalMart, or Target

Cleaning Supplies: Toilet bowl cleaner, Toilet bowl brush, plunger, kitchen sponges, paper towels, dish soap, glass cleaner spray, all purpose cleaner spray, Clorox wipes, 13 gallon trash bin.

Friday Gals is a newly formed group that has come out of the Women’s Circle. This group meets on the second Friday of each month in the Mtka campus conference room from 9:00-10:30. The December gathering will be a Christmas celebration with lots of delicious holiday treats, holiday music and a special holiday craft.

Fellowship at Unmapped Brewing

An event every month that begins at 6:00 pm on day Third of the month, happening 9 times

All congregants are invited to join members from the Minnetonka campus at Unmapped Brewing in Minnetonka for a monthly time of connection and fellowship. Grab a drink or order dinner from the pizza or empanada places next door. Share about your travel plans, vocational shifts, or how you’ve been paying attention differently in changing times. No need to register in advance and all ages (and dogs) are welcome. Come when you can, leave when you must.

Water Works! Vacation Bible School (MTKA)

Kids love to play in water, and there are so many Bible stories that involve water. So come and make a splash with VBS as we learn about water in Creation, with Noah, Jonah and the Whale, and how water healed Naaman. We will play water games, do water experiments, learn about water and who needs it! Water is essential to life, and water is a big part of God’s story! SPLASH!
