Bethlehem’s food shelf partners, ICA and CES, are seeing record numbers of families visiting. Traditionally the spring is a time when contributions of food and financial support begin to decline. In response they are joining the hundreds of other food shelves to encourage contributions during the March MN Food Share campaign. During the month of March, bring your gifts of food to either Bethlehem campus.
It’s an Easter Egg Hunt! Bring your kids or grandkids and be ready to hunt for Easter eggs following Easter Worship services at the Minnetonka campus.

Friday Gals is a newly formed group that has come out of the Women’s Circle. This group meets on the second Friday of each month in the Mtka campus conference room from 9:00-10:30. The April meeting will discuss how do you feel about celebrating your birthday? Did they celebrate birthdays in biblical times? Share a favorite birthday from your childhood or adulthood. And then be prepared for a birthday party to celebrate all our birthdays!.
Join SALT (Seniors Active in Life Together) on April 16 from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm at Global Health Ministries (GHM) in Fridley to help pack boxes of medical supplies to be shipped to countries in need of them.
All congregants are invited to join members from the Minnetonka campus at Unmapped Brewing in Minnetonka for a monthly time of connection and fellowship. Grab a drink or order dinner from the pizza or empanada places next door. Share about your travel plans, vocational shifts, or how you’ve been paying attention differently in changing times. No need to register in advance and all ages (and dogs) are welcome. Come when you can, leave when you must.
Connect with other women through Bible study on the third Wednesday of the month. Led by Pastor Kris, we’ll use the ELCA’s ‘Gather’ magazine to explore “Scripture and Nature: Teachers of Faith”. The group meets at 2pm at the Minneapolis campus and on Zoom. All are welcome!

Join the synod’s Climate Justice organizer Johan Baumeister for a conversation exploring and centering your stories about energy and energy efficiency. We’ll talk about where our energy comes from today, lift up the choices and changes we’ve made to be more energy efficient, discuss the challenges we face, and explore pathways towards a cleaner and more affordable energy future for all of us.

This is a monthly group who gathers to create relationships, discussing life's blessings and challenges, and growing in faith. Topics will be relevant for men, in particular for husbands and fathers. About once a month Spirit Garage hosts a guest speaker in worship who is a faith leader that is also a person of color and/or queer, who speaks on a text that resonates with them in perhaps a different way than what has been traditionally taught down through the years. This month Felecia Boone will be our speaker. Felecia is a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant with Hennepin County. She was educated through the Lutheran school system and volunteers as the Vice President of the Minneapolis Area Synod of the ELCA. She has worked in local government at the state and county levels for more than 25 years.

Join us after worship for a seedling swap and community garden planting day! Some of the seedlings, particularly vegetables, herbs, and native pollinator plants, will also be donated to the Bethlehem community garden. Small extra pots and soil will be available for people attending.
